RETURN POLICY

* Merchandise with manufacturer's defect(s) will be accepted for return within fifteen (15) days from the receipt date. We do not reimburse shipping charges and a restocking fee of up to 25% may apply.

* It has come to our attention that FTA satellite receivers can be modified into digital satellite descramblers to receive free Dish Network channels including PPV by installing illegal software. Please note, our products do not come modified and we do not offer software. Modifying or installing non-factory software onto our FTA satellite receivers is at your own risk and voids warranty
